IF I WOULD GET OUT OF MY WAY by Ana Dragalina

I was pleasantly surprised to see the level of depth the psychologist Ana Dragalina went through in her personal life story. It seemed to me that she poured her heart into these pages and her vulnerability is a breath of fresh air.

Her self-discovery story revolves around a fear she had developed at a young age after losing her sister, starting to believe that “all the people I love will suddenly disappear."

For the most part it’s a love letter to that one special man she’s always been looking for, coupled with some very well chosen self-reflection questions for the reader.

I have to admit, as a big romantic myself, I got totally carried away with her poems.

This is far from being a book about the perfect life we often publish on social media but instead, it’s an open door to the unseen part of life. The one where we work to heal our wounds and learn our lessons.

Overall, a wonderful read that can be the beginning of a deep and truthful dialog between your mind and your heart; about who you are, outside of what you were led to believe.
